Niles in Fremont

Niles is a Great neighborhood, especially for families.  It is charming, friendly, and nostalgic.  The homes here have a market trend indicating an increase of $121,500 in median home sales over the past year according to Trulia.  The average price per square foot for this same period rose to $629, up from $536.  Niles show a 14% year-over-year rise in the median sales prices. This small community in Niles are neighbors to Parkmont and Brookvale area in which equally have great housing market trend.  Niles also have a great reputation as far as primary schools: Niles Elementary have a great PTA involvement and offers multitude of fund raising.  Niles is like the cul-de-sac of Fremont; you will find that Niles downtown is eclectic with a vintage feel offering antique shops, small trendy restaurants, tea shops, cafes, two ice cream parlors, a small grocery store and much more.  Let’s not forget Nile Community Park, one of my favorite parks in the bay area.   This park offers playground, picnic area, beautiful serene views of the many creeks and ponds.  I like the trails here; it’s great for long walks, jogging or running as the trail stretches far alongside the river which is Alameda Creek Trail. Niles Community Park is perfect for my children and dog to run and play!  If you would like more details on Niles community please do not hesitate to reach out to me, after all this is my community and I'd be happy to share my experiences.
